Digital Commands looking for digital marketer who can purely work on sales conversion, creation and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels with a focus on driving web purchases conversion and integrated marketing campaigns to achieve aggressive growth sales growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on Sales and Helping Company to growing sales volume.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analyzation and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Create and implement innovative acquisition content, strategies & campaigns across paid and non-marketing channels including,
  • SEM, paid social, programmatic, display, mobile, video.
  • Explore new online marketing opportunities, channels, media, and tactics and with observed trends and internal analytics suggest improvements to processes and user experience across digital channels.
  • Devise and analyze creative and promotional tests across our website and email programs in concert Web
  • Designer/Content Specialist and Site Merchandiser to effectively deliver company messaging to target audiences, including mobile, video, social, search, real-time media buying, ad retargeting, SEO and SEM.
  • Create and deliver reports and analysis that provide insights and solid recommendations for improvement and optimization across all on-site campaigns and digital activation efforts including: SEO, SEM, email marketing, display, mobile, etc.
  • Collaborate with Web Designers and Site Merchandiser on content development and planning.
  • Manage e-Commerce marketing budget, and ensure that marketing opportunities are being optimized to meet business objectives and financial goals, while staying within planned expense budgets.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Create and manage Facebook/Tiktok/Instagram campaigns and generate sales, purely work on conversion
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • roven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Knowledge of SEO Fundamentals (On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO)
  • ordPress, Shopify, HTML & CSS experience
  • Should have good communication and English writing skills to manage guest posts, social media posts, content for a website, email content, etc.
  • Plan, develop and implement SEO Standards
  • Research and identify target keywords and implement them within the content and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, AdWords, and social insight tools.
  • Expert in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Link Building – Researching and identifying quality targets (blogs, directories, article submission sites, forums) for link building
  • Create detailed search engine optimization recommendations for assigned sites
  • Be an expert in your space by staying on top of current SEO news, search engine feature changes, and algorithm shifts.
  • Research, create, and deliver a long-term SEO strategy for the channel that complies with best-practice standards and will drive sustainable traffic.
  • Content writing and management

Contract length: 36 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
